Welcome to the Hanover Area School District Registration Department! We are happy to have you here and looking forward to meeting you. Whether you're returning to our district schools or are new to the area, the online registration makes enrollment in the Hanover Area School District much easier for families by providing one place to register your children for school. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment while maintaining consistent procedures and practices for enrolling students.
Our registration process is completely 100% online through our web browser application. Documents that need to be submitted can be attached directly to the online application.

Pre-K - Children, ages 3 to 5, who did not meet Kindergarten age requirements may qualify for the LIU 18 Pre-K Counts Program - For information and qualifications of the program, please contact Dr. Daphne Pugh, dpugh@hanoverarea.net. PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE DISTRICT REGISTRATION APPLICATION.

**Effective July 1, 2020, Pennsylvania compulsory school age will be 6 to 18.
New Kindergarten Student (have not been enrolled in a school year) - Child must be 5 on or before September 1 to enroll for Kindergarten. You must complete the online student registartion with the documents listed on the document checklist ready for upload. Private/Non-Public Student Registration - All students who reside in the Hanover Area School District and attend a Private/Non-Public School MUST complete this Enrollment Packet and send to the District Registrar at registration@hanoverarea.net.
